"Pretty sure it’s worth it"
I was a little confused at first about whether this would really make a difference, but the water tastes way better now. For the price, especially over the long run, it seems like a good deal to me

"The water tastes fine and the unit works..."
The water tastes fine and the unit works like it’s supposed to, but the tank is just too small for our house. My wife and I notice it most around dinner or when we’re both making coffee in the morning because we end up refilling it constantly.

For the price, I really expected it to hold more. It’s not a bad product, but babysitting the tank all day gets old fast. I wouldn’t buy this size again for a family setup.

"Refund took longer than I expected"
I ordered from AquaTru and ran into a billing issue where I was charged sooner than I thought I would be. It wasn’t the end of the world, but it did catch me off guard and was a little frustrating.
I reached out to support to ask about a refund, and to be fair, they did respond and weren’t rude or anything. The only downside was that there were a few days between messages, so I ended up having to follow up once to keep things moving.

The refund did eventually come through, which I appreciated. I just wish the whole process had been a bit quicker and clearer from the start

"Good system, but the filters can be a hassle"
The water system itself has been working fine for me, no real complaints there. The only thing is the filters aren’t always easy to get. Sometimes they go out of stock, and then you just have to wait, which gets annoying after a while. It’s not a huge deal, but it is frustrating when you need a filter and can’t get one.

"Good filter overall"
I’m happy with this filter so far. It was easy to set up, and the water tastes good. I do wish there was a bit less plastic touching the water, but overall it works well and I’m hoping it lasts...

"Great filter, just wish it didn’t waste quite so much water"
The water tastes really good, and overall the filter seems to work efficiently. I do still notice some wastewater though, which isn’t the end of the world or anything, but I kind of wish it was a little less. It’s not a dealbreaker by any stretch, just one of those small things that bugs me more than it probably should.

I had to return a part and the warranty did cover it without much hassle. It took a little longer than I was hoping, not as quick as some other places I've dealt with, but overall it was handled fine

I haven’t exactly counted every bottle or anything, but it definitely feels like I’m throwing away way less plastic than before. It’s a small change, but it feels good.

"Not as good as I hoped"
I really wanted to like this, but the water taste are still kind of flat to me, and there’s a little plastic-y flavor I can’t get past. It’s maybe a bit better than my tap water, but not by much. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and I still notice that weird aftertaste, so I’m just not too happy with the quality.

"Started off fine, then got frustrating"
It worked okay at first, so I thought it was going to be fine, but then it started leaking from under the tank and randomly shutting off. I’m not sure if it’s a seal issue or maybe something wasn’t sitting right, but... yeah, annoying to deal with.

"Decent filter, but the support left me annoyed"
The filter itself seems to be working fine, so I don’t really have a complaint there. But i’m probably a little biased because I put a lot of weight on customer service, especially when something isn’t cheap. I emailed them about an issue with my order and it took several days to get an actual helpful response. The first reply felt like they barely read what I wrote, so I had to explain everything again, and even then I didn’t get much help. It wasn’t the worst experience I’ve ever had, but for the price, I expected the support to be a lot better.

"Replacement filters cost less than I thought"
After using the unit for a while, I was relieved by how affordable the filter replacements are. I expected that to be the expensive part later on, but I only change them when they actually need it, and the cost feels reasonable. Compared to what I used to spend on bottled water every week, it makes a lot more sense. Shipping was smooth too, so overall I’ve got no complaints.

"Water tastes way cleaner now"
I grabbed the AquaTru because our tap water had this weird smell and taste that was starting to really bug me, and I didn’t have a ton of time to overthink it. After running the water through the filter, it tastes so much cleaner. That chlorine-ish flavor is basically gone, and even my coffee tastes better now.

Setup was quick, which I appreciated because I was kind of rushing through it. I like that I can actually notice a difference instead of just assuming it’s doing something. We’ve been using it every day so far, and I’m really happy with it.

I picked this up not too long ago and wasn’t sure what to expect at first. I’ve been using it regularly, and so far it’s handled everything without any issues. I’ve been using my AquaTru for a few months now, and the filters are still holding up better than I expected, which is nice because I really don’t want to be changing them all the time. That said, I’m a little disappointed overall because I was expecting to be more impressed with the whole experience. It’s been fine so far, just not quite as great as I hoped

The website was so clean and easy to browse that I was weirdly impressed. The layout isn’t crowded at all, the photos make the products super easy to understand, and the colors are really calm. I didn’t have to overthink anything, which felt like a small miracle. Just a really nice, smooth site to look around.

"Autoship ended up being more of a hassle than I expected"
The filter itself is totally fine, and I was just trying to stay on top of replacing it because our water has been tasting a little weird lately and I didn’t want to think about it every month. But the autoship setup was frustrating. I was sure I had paused it, then out of nowhere I got charged and received a shipping email anyway. Maybe I missed some small setting buried somewhere, but it was not obvious in my account.
Customer service did help in the end, but it took a couple back-and-forth messages, and I still had to pay return shipping, which made the whole thing more annoying than it needed to be. I feel like changing dates, pausing, or canceling should be much simpler. Giving it 2 stars because the product is okay, but the subscription part really needs work.
